We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to visitors.

We may update the content on this Website from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
5. ONLINE ORDERS
When placing an order on our Website, You are offering to purchase whatever products, goods, and/or and services you select. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our own discretion. In the event of acceptance of your offer, you will receive a confirming email at the email address that you provide to us during checkout.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
All applicable prices are set forth alongside the goods, products, and services offered on the Website. They may differ from the prices offered elsewhere, either online or offline, by us or by our distributors for the same products and/or services. Such prices are subject to change at any time by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the prices stated at the time of your transaction, as well as any: (i) sales, use, excise, and related taxes; and (ii) shipping and handling charges. Payment may only be made with a valid credit, debit card, or use of a bona-fide third party electronic payment provider. By using any such card or payment provider, you represent and warrant that you have authority to make such purchase in the manner elected without violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
We will ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. You will be responsible for all associated shipping & handling charges. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments, nor for any third-party carrier delays that are beyond our control
8. WEBSITE PROJECT REQUEST
We require clients to submit an online ("Client Briefing") form, www.56GrizzlyMedia.com/client-briefing. Once form is submitted and consultation is completed and deposit is made, it is the client's RESPONSIBILITY to send all proper information/files to start the designing process. Client will receive invoice of services agreed upon and is required to submit a deposit to obtain ("Project Completion Date").
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all website design work. Once deposit is accepted, Web/or domain hosting term begins, and /or completion date countdown of custom design work begins. Hosting periods are for yearly length ("12Months") . Client will be responsible for remaining balance by end of agreed projected completion date. ("Projected Completion Date") terms are 2 weeks from accepted deposit or full payment, unless longer terms are negotiated.
Cancellation of Services:
If paid in full, Client has a 3 day grace period from the date of pay to request a refund excluding 30% deposit. After grace period, client agrees to proceed with requested design service to completion and pay remaining balance. Web & domain hosting are non-refundable and will NOT be prorated. Client may cancel hosting services for upcoming year before renewal.
Website Project Completion:
We, FiveSix Grizzly Media, will begin to construct, design and build shell of website for client information to be placed on day deposit is made. We have a 2week turnaround on website builds when client send required information to complete the job. If client does not send required information within 15 days for requested services, the process of the project will be put in ("Halt") status until client proceeds and projeted completion date will be re-evaluated.
On day 15 of ("Halt") status, client may request another consultation of services at "No Charge" to have project completed and completion date will be re-evaluated,
On day 30 of ("Halt") status, customer will receive login credentials and project will be considered ("Abandoned"), at which time, customer will assume all creative responsibility of their website.
